An Educationalist, A Trainer, An Image Consultant and A Passionate Teacher, GeetArsh, Our Founder started her humble journey in 2005 with two students, teaching them Phonetics, and then grew to 50 students by 2008. Along with Phonetics, she also started working with Children on Grammar, Creative Writing, Theatre, Mathematics, Montessori Skill Development and even a Mother Toddler Program. By 2010, she was making a difference in 200 little lives in a year. Working with Children between the age group 4 – 6 years, she understood the need to go one level deep and started her own Pre Primary Montessori School in 2012 with 250 students.
As she dealt with students, she understood the need to understand adults more and hence studied Psychology, the more she understood human behaviour, the inclination towards understanding people skills set in. And thereafter, the journey of a soft skills trainer and an Image Management Consultant started which in return connected her to people from School to College Students, Teachers, to corporate houses, Retail, Hospitality and Aviation Sector.
Having a Holistic approach from a 2 year old to a 60 year old individual and also having an overview of the Corporate sector, a broader vision to connect and bridge the gap between what the Students learn and what the employment demands, helped us sow the seed to start G.A.I.M.

She is very passionate about training and as a mentor and coach, she wants to bring about a change in people by imparting the often ignored, but hugely important soft skills which are a combination of interpersonal, communication and social intelligence skills.
A chartered accountant by qualification, she started her career with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and then moved to IDEA telecom.
After 8 years of working with corporates, she realised that success depends on a combination of technical skills and soft skills. Soft skills, though contributing 80% to ones’ career growth, is often neglected in the pursuit of technical skills. The need to influence and engage is now considered as one of the most important needs to survive and flourish and my goal is to offer relevant training to meet that need.
Shruthi Nawab has spent over twelve years working in the corporate world in the USA and India. She has a Masters in Engineering and a Certification in Teaching English. She has been a communications trainer in Ahmedabad for six years in an International Analytics Company and her passion in training led her to start her own venture, Tristha Workshops, with MaithilyPadukone. Her areas of expertise involve teaching basic English speaking, Email Writing, Presentation Skills, Interviewing skills, Social Media Etiquette and more.
Maithily Padukone has about two decades of experience as a programmer and system design and automation. She was involved with technical and soft skill training in the companies that she worked, alongside her professional responsibilities.
Her expertise lies in teaching English speaking and writing skills and technical training. Her experience with the software world gives her training an inside edge of confidence making her training sessions very insightful and interesting.

Abhishek Gupta is an IT Engineer by Education, who started his career as a Software Developer at L&T InfoTech, and then he became a Creative Content Producer / Music Manager and Social Media Manager at Radio City 91.1 FM.
A Passionate Photographer, Techno Geek, young and a cool Entrepreneur at Idea Factory.
Ideas and Food excite him!! And he practically does everything in life to get both of these!
